Return policy
At Sinclair-Montréal, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Terms and conditions for returns
- You must first notify us that you wish to return an item after you have physically received it.
- The customer is responsible for the return costs, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but using them is not.
- It is not permitted to return products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them.
Return process
1. Notify us of your return via info@sinclair-montreal.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After receiving the item at the return address and approving the condition of the product, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
